Central Bank Developments: Monetary policy meetings scheduled for the euro area, Canada, Brazil, Turkey, Chile, and Indonesia. The Fed publishes the Beige Book of regional economic trends. The Bank of Canada publishes latest Monetary Policy Report. Draghi of the ECB, Poloz of the Bank of Canada, Lowe of the Reserve Bank of Australia, and Williams of the San Francisco Fed speak publicly. Minutes of the last Australian monetary policy meeting will be released.

Scheduled U.S. Statistical Releases: Consumer prices, the Empire State and Philly Fed manufacturing surveys, the National Association of Home Builders housing market index, existing home sales, housing starts, building permits, and weekly jobless insurance claims, consumer comfort, mortgage applications, chain store sales, and energy inventories.
