ECB President Draghi, BOJ Governor Kuroda, and RBA Deputy Governor DeBelle speak publicly.

Events and Holidays:  Australian national election on Saturday. U.S. Independence Day on Monday.

Purchasing Manager Surveys:  Manufacturing PMIs from Canada, Singapore, South Africa, Lebanon and Hong Kong.  Construction PMIs from the U.K., Germany and Australia.  Service-sector PMIs for China, Japan, India, Ireland, Australia, Russia, Spain, Italy, France, Euroland, Britain, Brazil and the United States.  Retail PMIs for the eurozone, France, Germany and Italy.  IVEY PMI for Canada.
